This soup recipe has remained faithful to the ancient traditions of Sétois fishermen. Fish soup fisherman’s style is composed of fish, vegetables and olive oil, this soup reflects the Mediterranean world.
Azais-Polito is a brand of artisanal preserves of ready-made fish dishes, it is now known and recognised for the quality of its products.

Water, FISH 35%, Onion, Tomato concentrate, Salt, Gelling agent: Carrageenan (seaweed extract),
Rapeseed oil, Aromatic plants and Spices.

Storage:

After opening keep refrigerated(Máx. 6ºC) and consume quickly.

Preparation Suggestion:

Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with an half volume of the pot of water added, then bring to the boil. Serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese.
