All Walker’s products are still made in the village of Aberlour, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, using only the best ingredients possible to obtain, with the guarantee that they are free from artificial flavourings and colourings. Suitable for vegetarians and certified Kosher (OUD).
Walker’s Stem Ginger Shortbread is the perfect balance of sugar and spice. The stem ginger shortbread is made using the same baking technique created by our founder – Joseph Walker – over 100 years ago.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron niacin, thiamin), butter (MILK) (26%), candied stem ginger (19%), (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate. Made in Scotland with EU and non-EU ingredients.
