Product Description
Because spices are never too much, we are happy to present you the Green Pepper.
Peppercorns are the dried berries of a climbing plant. They originate in southern India, but are already grown in other parts of the world, including Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
The Green Pepper Grain is harvested before the berries mature fully and then it is preserved in brine or lyophilized to retain its green colour.
Its initial taste is fresh and spicy, followed by a fiery pepper spray.
Pepper is one of the oldest and most popular spices in the world. It has been used in Indian cuisine for at least 2000 BC.
