This Delouis Organic Balsamic Vinegar From Modena Vinegar is made only from the fermentation of biological grapes which in turn have many more antioxidants. The grapes used are from the Trebiano grape variety from the Modena region in Italy.
Very versatile, this balsamic vinegar is very aromatic and has a rather sweet flavour.
