Deism’s Red Curry Sauce is a creamy and aromatic spicy green curry sauce. Ready to cook, to quickly serve a real curry for two people.
Made with fresh coconut milk combined with curry paste, it also contains vegetables (Thai eggplants, corn and basil).

Ingredients:

Coconut milk (coconut extract, water) 67%, red curry paste (lemongrass, SOYBEAN oil, chilli, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, sugar, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), coriander root , kaffir lime peel, coriander, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid), baby corn 8%, 2% aubergine, SOYBEAN oil, sugar, basil, thickener: modified tapioca starch.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume at the same day.

Preparation Suggestion:

In a frying pan, fry 200g chicken breast (sliced) or thigh with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Reduce heat. Add some chopped vegetables. Add the red curry sachet and stir. Boil and stir occasionally for 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked. Serve with cooked white rice.
