deSIAM’s Tom Kha Instant Soup contains all the essential herbs and Thai spices needed to prepare a sour and spicy Tom Kha Thai soup. Combine with mushrooms and shrimp for an irresistible result.

Ingredients:

Coconut milk powder (coconut extract, maltodextrin, MILK protein) 33%, sugar, salt, shallot, onion, chilli 2.2%, yeast extract, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime powder, coriander leaves, SOYBEAN sauce (SOT, WHEAT, salt), acidity regulator: citric acid, emulsifier: maltodextrin and silicon dioxide, thickener: arabic gum.

Preparation Suggestion:

For 4 servings: Boil 400ml of water. Add 200g of sliced chicken. Let it boil until the meat is cooked. Add 100g of mushrooms (into quarters). Cook until tender. Add 2 sachets of Tom Kha instant soup. Add 165ml of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of FISH sauce and some kaffir lime leaves (optional). Reduce the heat and simmer a little more. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot in individual bowls.
