deSIAM’s Tom Yam Instant Soup contains all the essential herbs and Thai spices needed to prepare a sour and spicy tom yam Thai soup. Combine with mushrooms and shrimp for an irresistible result.

Ingredients:

Sugar, salt, maltodextrin, chilli 4.5%, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, lime powder, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, silicon dioxide, thickener: arabic gum.

Preparation Suggestion:

For 4 servings: Boil 400ml of water. Add 10 shrimps without the heads. Cook until the shrimps turn pink. Add 100g of mushrooms (into quarters) and cook until tender. Add 2 sachets of Tom Yam instant soup. Add 1 teaspoon of FISH sauce and some red chilli peppers (optional). Reduce the heat and simmer a little more. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot in individual bowls.
