The buttery biscuits of La Mère Poulard, carry the know-how and culinary reputation of Normandy.
La Mère Poulard biscuits are prepared as before from fresh, natural products, without colouring or preservatives. Thus, they are made essentially with three main ingredients, wheat flour, butter and sugar, and according to proportions that have been kept secret since 1888.

Wheat flour (France), butter (23%), sugar, salted butter caramel (glucose syrup, sugar, BUTTER (11%), water, CREAM, Guérande sea salt (1.4%)), EGGS (2.9%), natural flavouring, salt, caramel (0.01%) (glucose syrup, sugar, water).

Storage:
Keep dry and cool. Use quickly once open and store in an airtight box.
