A new addition to The Fine Cheese Co hugely popular Toast for Cheese range. Thin, light and crisp toast (baked twice like biscotti) and uniquely studded with fruits, nuts and seeds. Its over 60 % fruits, nuts and seeds, making it oh so good, as well as fruity, crunchy and addictive. This new cracker is especially delicious with soft, creamy ewes’ milk cheeses like Pecorino Dolce or Wigmore.

Ingredients:

BUTTERMILK (MILK), WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Chopped PECAN NUTS (10%), Glace cherries (Cherries, glucose- frutose syrup, concentrates (carrot, radish, blackcurrante), acidity regulator (citric acid)), sultanas, dried apple pieces,Quince concentrate (3%), honey, lemon juice concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, Raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), sea salt, poppy seeds (0,5%), natural flavouring.

Storage:

Packaged in a Protective
Atmosphere. Once opened consume within 1 week.

Preparation Suggestion:

To become crispy, heat in the oven at 150ºC for 5 minutes.
