Poppadums are delicious cookies and thin as cookies. These are usually eaten as starters with Sweet Mango Chutney, Chopped Onion.
Poppadums can be cooked in several ways, such as microwaves, roasted over a direct fire or fried in oil. The most commonly used method is the frying method. To fry, put enough oil in the pan and cook over medium heat until it reaches the smoking point. Carefully place the poppadum in the hot oil. Make sure that all the poppadum is well immersed and fry for 3 to 4 seconds. It is not necessary to cook on both sides. Carefully lift and remove excess oil from the poppadums.
Black gram flour 89%, salt, black pepper 2%, rice flour, coconut oil, acidity regulator: calcium carbonate.
Store in a cool place after opening.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan, fry poppadums separately for 3-4 seconds, please don’t turn around during frying. Drain the poppadum on a paper towel until it it dry and crispy, then serve warm.
