It\u00b4s delicate creamy flavour and firm texture makes them a perfect choice.<\/p>\n

Did you know that black olives are made, by putting green olives through an oxidation process?<\/p>\n

The olives are washed and placed in the air stream air for approximately 24 hrs to oxidise the polyphenols the olives contains. This process turn green olives in black ones.<\/p>\n

Use: Pitted, this olives are easy to use on salads, pizzas, pastas, bruschettas and pie fillings. Ideal for kids.<\/p>\n
