The Mullet roe has always been one of the specialties of the Sardinian gastronomic scene. Made with salted and dried roes from certain fishes (sargo, bluefin tuna, mullet etc.). Butarga is packed in a neutral Vacuum Plastic Bag to keep its maturation and also to conserve and protect the external contact. In this version, Mullet is presented in a Black premium box, a excellent gift idea.<\/p>\n
