The Maison d’Armorine Chalet aux Pain d’Epices is a premium confectionery item featuring a small, decorative carton shaped like a festive chalet, filled with artisanal soft salted butter caramels infused with gingerbread spices.
\nEach collectible carton contains a small selection of individually wrapped gourmet treats, holding around 6 to 8 pieces.
\nThe caramels are crafted following traditional Brittany heritage, using cane sugar, fresh local butter, cream, and the iconic Fleur de Sel (sea salt) from Gu\u00e9rande.
\nThe soft caramel is infused with a traditional French gingerbread spice blend. This creates distinct, aromatic notes of cinnamon, star anise, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg.
\nThe caramel remains incredibly smooth and melt-in-your-mouth soft, having been slow-cooked in traditional copper cauldrons to fully lock in the warm spice aromas.
\nTrue to La Maison d’Armorine’s 1946 heritage, the mixture is slow-cooked in traditional copper cauldrons to enhance the deep, natural caramelized flavors.<\/p>\n
