Product Description<\/h4>\n

The fish sauce has a very deep flavour. It is an essential ingredient that replaces salt in Thai and Oriental cuisine. It is made of first quality fresh anchovies fermented in salt.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

ANCHOVY extract (ANCHOVY, water) 70%, salt, sugar.<\/p>\n

Allergens:<\/h4>\n

Storage:<\/h4>\n

Store in a cool, dry place. After opened consume within 12 weeks.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

Fry 200 g of beef steak, cut into strips and set aside.
\nIn a bowl, mix 1\u00bd tablespoon of fish sauce, 1\u00bd tablespoon of lime juice, \u00bd teaspoon of sugar, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 crushed chilli (optional).
\nAdd beef, \u00bd onion to slices, \u00bd sliced cucumber, some cherry tomatoes and mint leaves.
\nMix well and serve with lettuce leaves.<\/p>\n

Usage Suggestions:<\/h4>\n

Add to curry dishes, soups and saut\u00e9s as a substitute for salt.<\/p>\n
