Product Description<\/h4>\n

The Nevis Razor Clams in Brine are prepared with a previous manual selection of the best specimens which then go through a process of natural purification. After this phase, they are canned one by one, by hand and with great care to maintain their integrity and texture.<\/p>\n

The Razor Clams can be eaten alone, at room temperature, directly from the can or heated slightly on the grill, accompanied by olive oil.<\/p>\n

It is recommended to accompany them with dry white wines with little aromatic or with some wood, in addition to dry mallets. It also goes perfectly well with a cold drink like beer or cider.<\/p>\n
