Lemongrass gives dishes a subtle fresh taste. A herb that cannot be missed in Asian cuisine.
\nIt grows spontaneously in tropical regions and has a penetrating aroma and sweetened with lemon, which is why it can also be called prince herb or lemon grass. Usually used as a insect repellent, citronella also has anti-inflammatory properties and works as antidepressant.<\/p>\n
