Product Description<\/h4>\n

Sushi Nori is seaweed wrapper widely used in Japanese cuisine dishes. It is generally of greenish or reddish color depending on the species of seaweed used in the production. In Japan it is usually greenish in color.<\/p>\n

It can be used around onigiri and sushi, very popular in Japan, it is also widely used crumbled, or cutted into small strips mixed or sprinkled over the food.<\/p>\n

Sushi Nori Yutaka is made with black seaweed and is ideal for making sushi. It can also be crumbled and sprinkled over salads and cooked in awok, or blend with sesame seeds, pepper and salt to make Furikake – a popular seasoning of hot rice.<\/p>\n

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep sealed and consume within one month.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

How to roll maki sushi:
\n1. Place a sheet of nori onto the bamboo rolling mat.
\n2. Spread the cooked and seasoned rice as evenly as possible over the nori, making sure to keep a thin layer of rice and leave a 1cm gap free from rice at the top and bottom as you will need this to seal the roll.
\n3. Place the fillings on the rice and make a line of fillings. Do not put too much filling in otherwise it will be difficult to roll.
\n4. Begin rolling the nori carefully and evenly around the filling, using the mat to help shape it, rolling away from you and pressing firmly. Pull the bamboo mat away from you, and make sure to keep rolling the nori around itself.
\n5. Once the roll is complete, press down firmly on the mat helping to compress the roll slightly so that it keeps its shape.
\n6. Cut evenly and serve with Yutaka soy sauce, wasabi paste, and sushi ginger.<\/p>\n
