Carefully selected by the Passanha family, the Quinta de S\u00e3o Vicente Sherry Vinegar 7\u00b0, is aged at least six months in oak barrels. Produced in the “Marco de Jerez” region, from Palomino grapes by the traditional “solera” method.
\nWith its dark cinnamon colour and its sweet flavour, this intensely aromatic vinegar combines perfectly with Quinta de S\u00e3o Vicente olive oil.<\/p>\n
Red Wine Vinegar.<\/p>\n
For a simple vinaigrette, thicken 2tbsp of QSV Red Wine Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1tsp of honey with a dollop of wholegrain mustard and season to taste.<\/p>\n
Use it as a seasoning for Red Meats, roasted meats, under fresh fish or fried potatoes.<\/p>\n
