Demi-glace is a centenary secret of French cuisine, glazing the ingredients of the broth to concentrate them even more flavor. It is the quality of your broth that will determine the quality of your dish. Belfond produces traditional broths with high quality ingredients, without salt and without flavor enhancers or preservatives.<\/p>\n

Water, cow bones, veal bones, onion, carrot, pork skin, tomato puree (double concentrate), CELERY, butter (MILK), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), garlic, thyme, bay leaf. Made with 1.1 kg of cow and veal bones per liter of broth.<\/p>\n
