Product Description<\/h4>\n

The natural sweetness of maple sugar: the emblem of Canada!
\nSugar is made from maple sap, which is harvested from early spring to early summer, in the forests, in the province of Quebec.<\/p>\n

The sap flows in the spring, 3 cm deep, in the trunk that is collected in a bucket. Then it turns into syrup, then thickens and turns into maple sugar.<\/p>\n

These crunchy and natural nuggets are used as brown sugar, in yoghurts, fruit salads or pies where they provide a crunchy and delicate texture. They are also perfect for caramelizing endives, scallops and sweet and savory dishes. Simply exceptional.<\/p>\n
