To always have the unmistakeable aroma and taste of white truffle with you, Eataly has selected this extraordinary extra virgin olive oil condiment with white truffle just for you. The olives used to create this oil are harvested by hand and processed in an antique oil mill near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria respecting the highest standards of quality. This condiment has a beautiful green colour with golden hues and reveals an aroma of almonds, flowers and fresh fruits. Without allergens or GMO, you will be getting an intense taste and loyal tradition!<\/p>\n

Italy is one of the world’s largest producers of truffles and the most prestigious ones are in Alba. The white truffle ‘hunt’ is made from late summer (September) until the middle of winter (January).<\/p>\n
