Thanks to our more than thirty years of experience in the culinary world, Ori di Langa has managed to create Risotto with black truffles that is easy to make: all you need is water and 7 minutes of preparation to make this delicious dish.
\nThe package already contains carnaroli rice, onions, carrots, celery and parsley.
\nOne of the tastiest and most sophisticated dishes in the Italian tradition can now be made quickly and easily, in the comfort of your own home.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Carnaroli rice 94%, vegetal seasoning with no glutamate [salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin), dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, CELERY, parsley), sunflower oil, spices, natural flavours], onion, garlic, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 0,6%, truffle flavour.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

Boil 700 ml of water in a pot. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil or 20g of butter in a pan. Pour the contents of the package over the olive oil or butter and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute or until golden. Add salt and \u00bd to 1 glass of dry white wine stirring until absorbed. Cover the rice with hot water and mix well. Gradually add water little by little until the rice is ready (about 18\/20 minutes). Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n
