These crystallised salted lemons come from Morocco. These are larger and more fragrant than ordinary lemons, they have floral notes of bergamot. The fine, delicate flesh and juice make them a key ingredient in oriental cuisine. Add to tajines, to lamb or poultry dishes and to fresh tagliatelle dishes. The lemons come from organic farming and are crystallised with salt in France.<\/p>\n

Storage:<\/h4>\n

After opening, keep in a dry place, at room temperature. Keep refrigerated 10 days after opening in its brine.<\/p>\n
