Concentrated Fish Soup has remained unchanged since it was first marketed in 1963. Its high fish concentration of 68% gives it the position of the most concentrated soup on the French market, no colourings, no preservatives, no additives, it is also cooked with respect for flavours and traditions according to the original S\u00e9toise recipe. It has a smooth texture and a fresh fishy aroma.
\nPour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with two volumes of the pot of water added, then bring to the boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons topped with our S\u00e9toise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese.<\/p>\n
