Product Description<\/h4>\n

The small sardine of the Royal Spanish preservera come exclusively from the surroundings of the Galician Estuaries. The Small Sardines are fished in the Atlantic sea with traditional and sustainable gear.
\nDuring their preparation, the small sardines are cleaned manually, removing the head, tail and the rest of the viscera that remain in the abdomen. This preparation is done very carefully so as not to tear the belly or the skin. The Small Sardines are then washed in brine and grilled one by one to roast them as in the old days, giving them the desired texture. Immediately afterwards, they are placed in the container and covered in olive oil (85% refined and 15% virgin). These preserves are always packed manually selected by their size.<\/p>\n

After packaging, The Small Sardines are stored in a dry environment and at room temperature, thus preserving them for 6 years.<\/p>\n

For consumption, it is recommended to taste them with fresh tomato or salted butter and some thin onion slices on toast. <\/p>\n
