Foie gras, the French term for “fatty liver”, is nothing more than the liver of a duck or goose that has been specially fattened. Foie gras is a popular and well-known delicacy in French cuisine. Its flavour is described as rich, buttery, and delicate, unlike that of na ordinary duck or goose liver.
\nConsidered a delicacy of luxury in some places, as in France and na illegal product in others, by its controversial mode of production.
\nThis Canardie Block of duck foie gras in carton box has a small format, ideal for na impromptu appetizer or for a picnic.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Duck foie gras, water, alcohol, salt, sugar, pepper, preservative: sodium nitrite, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.<\/p>\n

Storage:<\/h4>\n

Once opened, store refrigerated between 0\u00b0C and +4\u00b0C and consume within 3 days. Best served chilled.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

Remove it from the fridge 15 minutes before cutting it with a thin knife blade heated with warm water.<\/p>\n
