Fish rillettes, but in the style of Jean Veyrac: a mixture of fresh salmon and smoked salmon is the base, guaranteeing the intensity of flavor and texture. The fresh cream complements the greasiness and creaminess. The candied lemon is added, which seeks to give notes of freshness for a tasty mixture.<\/p>\n
