Demi-glace is a centenary secret of French cuisine, glazing the ingredients of the broth to concentrate them even more flavor. It is the quality of your broth that will determine the quality of your dish. Belfond produces traditional broths with high quality ingredients, without salt and without flavor enhancers or preservatives.<\/p>\n

Water, beef bones, veal bones, onion, carrot, pork rind, CELERY, tomato puree (double concentrate), butter (MILK), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), garlic, thyme, bay leaves. Made with 1.1kg of beef and veal bones per liter of broth.<\/p>\n
