Noodles are a staple food in many cultures like Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino and Vietnamese. They are made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, or extruded, into one of a variety of shapes. Noodle shapes include long, thin strips (or waves), helices, tubes, strings, shells, or other shapes. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added. They are also often pan-fried or deep-fried. Noodle dishes can include a sauce or noodles can be put into soup.
\nThese deSiam Egg Noodles are so versatile that can be used in every pasta recipes.<\/p>\n

WHEAT Flour, Water, EGG yolk powder 1%, Salt, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium carbonate).<\/p>\n

Store in a cool, dry place.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

1- Bring a pan of water to the boil. 2-Add the noodles (1 nest per person). Simmer for 7 minutes. 3- Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain. 4- Add to ramen soup, stir-fries or as side dish. <\/p>\n
