STAUD’S Pickled Mixed Vegetables (often referred to as their “Vegetable Variation”) is a classic Austrian specialty from the renowned Viennese manufacturer Staud’s Wien. This colorful mix is hand-picked and preserved in a finely balanced sweet and sour brine, making it a popular addition to antipasti platters and traditional Austrian cold cuts.
