This Leonardi Balsamic Glaze Flavoured Truffles is produced with typical Modenese grape must, concentrated and blended with an aged Balsamic: its main feature is the high thickness and the great cooking versatility. Truffles flavour is added for an extra dimension of decadent sweetness.

Ingredients:

Concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar from Modena I.G.P 25% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), modified starch, truffle flavor.

Storage:

After opened keep refrigerated.

Usage Suggestions:

Suggested on veal, beef, pork and chicken roasts, on grilled meat, pizza, fried potatoes, cheese, sandwiches, risottos. Perfect to garnish and decorate meat dishes.
