Since 1953 Ducs de Gascogne has been a manufacturer of whole foie gras , foie gras and special dishes from the region.
The Goose Terrine with Monbazillac wine by Jean Veyrac has a florid acidity thanks to the wine. It brings a note of freshness to the goose meat.
The small format makes it ideal for an impromptu aperitif or for a picnic.
Ingredients:
Goose meat (29%), duck fat, poultry liver, pork liver, EGG, whte wine, salt, Monbazillac wine (1%), spices.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Remove it from the fridge 15 minutes before cutting it with a thin knife blade heated with warm water.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve cold, in small appetizers or in a simple sandwich.
