Since 1953 in the heart of the Gers, Ducs de Gascogne has been a manufacturer of whole foie gras, blocks of foie gras as well as local specialties, and a selector of regional products.

Ducs de Gascogne duck and goose foie gras is regularly rewarded at the Concours général agricole de Paris. Innovation is also at the heart of its activity: inspired by traditional recipes from the southwest and current culinary trends, the company creates new recipes every year.

The family business also selects specialties, such as Gascony duck confit, cassoulet or even Armagnac… In order to offer its customers a whole range of local delicatessen products.
