Add a little tomato sauce to the aïoli and also a little cayenne pepper or fresh pepper for a delicious and authentic Spanish patatas bravas sauce.
Creamy garlic sauce. Aiolli is originally an authentic and simple Catalan garlic sauce made from garlic and oil. Also a popular product in France, it is delicious to pair with salads, meat and fish, bread and of course in various tapas dishes. This version with safron is delicious when combined with an Italian focaccia!
