Salinas del Alemán is a company located in the Isla Cristina Marshland Natural Site, in the province of Huelva, and its main activity since 1955 has been the traditional production of salt.

The Salinas del Alemán, is the only salt pan in Andalusia with 100% traditional and natural salt extraction, it contains no additives and it is obtained exclusively by the action of wind and the sun. Biomaris produces and markets different varieties of salt: Virgin Sea Salt, coarse and fine-grained; Salt Flakes, and finally, Flor de Sal, “gourmet salt”, with a smooth texture, crunchy and less salty.

This traditional salt contains sodium, chlorine and a variety of minerals and trace elements that are vital for our health, including iodine, magnesium, iron, calcium and fluorine.
