Seafood Rice

With carolino rice, crab legs, mussels, seafood, shrimp, clams, and much more, prepare a delicious meal!

Preparation Method

  1. Heat a pan with the oil, the onion and the chopped garlic cloves and sauté. Add the bay leaf, a bunch of coriander, tomato pulp, and chopped tomato, and let it sauté well.
  2. Add 1.2 l of water and the shellfish bag, season with salt and, when boiling, add the shellfish, previously thawed, and bring to a boil again.
  3. Add the rice, stir, rectify the salt, and season with a little chili.
  4. Let it cook for about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped coriander.
