Abba 5-minute herring in pieces 430g is a pickled herring that is ready to season immediately. Ready in 5 minutes! The product contains herring (Clupea harengus) of highest quality fished in the North East Atlantic from viable stocks. Abba herring is produced in Kungshamn on the west coast of Sweden. Pickled Herring is traditionally enjoyed in easter celebrations, midsummer and christmas.

HERRING pieces, sugar, salt, spirit vinegar, natural flavouring (contains cinnamon), acid (acetic acid), preservative (sodium benzoate).

Store at maximum +8ºC.

Preparation Suggestion:

We have already done the hard work for you and watered it out,
boiled 1-2-3 pickling liquid and added the herring so that you can
concentrate on making a really good sauce or seasoning to mix with
the herring. Mix the herring with a sauce or seasoning of your choice
and voilà! Home made Herring in 5 minutes! The herring can be eaten
immediately but tastes better if left in the fridge for 24 hours.
