Stuffed Eggs with Hot Smoked Paprika

This stuffed eggs recipe is the perfect starter if you are going to invite your friends over for dinner.

Preparation Method

  1. Boil the eggs in a pan with water and salt for 12 minutes. When they are ready, place the eggs in ice water.
  2. Peel them and cut them in half, carefully removing the yolks into a bowl and then reserve the whites on a platter.
  3. With the help of a fork, mash all the yolks and add the mustard, mayonnaise and then salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and fill the egg whites with the previous mixture.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with the Hot Smoked Paprika to give the perfect touch and garnish with the curly parsley.
