Green pepper is a variant of the pepper that comes from the fruit harvested before it ripens and is the subject of a specific drying process, for its preservation and commercialization. Its flavour is slightly spicy and well perfumed.

Bornibus Mustard with Green Pepper combines strength and seasoning, increasing the flavour of your dishes.
