Product Description
Harissa is a spicy paste from Tunisia made from peppers and spices. It usually accompanies meals in all the Maghreb countries (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia…), especially the famous couscous.
Because it is widely used in Tunisian cuisine, it is sometimes described as “Tunisia’s main condiment” and even “Tunisia’s national condiment”.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, red pepper (27%), chilli (12%), sweet paprika (8%), spices, water,
salt, garlic, olive oil, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate,
antioxidant: tea extract.
Allergens:
May contain traces of soya, egg, sesame, nuts,
mustard and celery.
Storage:
After open keep refrigerated.
