This kit of 8 Fajitas contains all the basic ingredients needed for a thematic meal, complete, quick and simple: 8 Fajitas and 1 Fajitas Seasoning mix.

Ingredients:

Tortillas 345g: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN) (60%), water, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), stabilizers (E422, E415), salt, emulsifier E471, acidity regulator E330, preservatives (E281, E202), raising agents (E450, E500). Sauce 150g: Tomatoes, water, onion, green and red peppers, tomato paste, flavor, vinegar, salt, sugar, modified corn starch, garlic, lemon concentrate, acidity regulator E330. Seasoning 30g: Dry vegetables (onion, garlic), herbs and spices (paprika, chilli, black pepper), salt, corn flour, dextrose, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (contains WHEAT (GLUTEN)), smoked flavor.

Preparation Suggestion:

To prepare 8 fajitas: Slice 500g chicken, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, and 1 red and 1 green pepper into strips. Mix 100ml of water and the seasoning mix.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and lightly brown the chicken. Add the onion, both peppers and seasoning to the pan. Reduce and heat for 2 minuts.
Oven: removel all packaging, separate tortillas, lightly butter, stack toghether and wrap in foil. Place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 150ºC/300ºF.
Microwave: to warm the tortillas,place packaging and microwave on full power for 1 minute.
Add fillinf to your warm tortilla, top with salsa, tomatoe, lettuce, cheese or sour cream. Roll up and enjoy
