Tuna tortillas

Tuna tortillas are a great idea to serve to children. They can be prepared on their own and mixed with the various ingredients they prefer. They also come in handy for a picnic or party because they can be eaten by hand.

Preparation Method

  1. Peel the carrot and grate it on a grater, on the coarsest sieve.
  2. Open the tin of tuna and drain the oil well. Break the tuna into flakes and mix with the grated carrot.
  3. Mix the yogurt and chopped chives in a bowl.
  4. Add the yogurt sauce to the tuna and carrot.
  5. Prepare the tortillas by placing a lettuce leaf on top of each one. Spread with the tuna and carrot paste.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and wrap them in cling film. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
