This spirit has been aged in the Montifaud cellars for over 20 years, in the finest French Oak casks, creating a tremendous complexity. All the grapes used in this XO (Old Extra) Cognac were grown in the Petite Champagne cru, viewed as one of the top crus in the Cognac area.

Elegant, sober, fine and original you will be impressed by the complexity and the length on mouth: Amber-coloured, Fruity aromas smell (plum, apricot) mixed in a cocoa note which we also appreciate in mouth. This cognac has a fat and mellow taste with finesse and complexity.
The XO Silver is presented in a beautiful decanter packaged in turn in an elegant silver tin.

Preparation Suggestion:

To a Cocktail: Pour 2 cl (3/4 oz) XO Silver Cognac and 1 cl (1/4 oz) raspberry liqueur into the glass, fill with 9 cl (3 oz) chilled Champagne.
Garnish with raspberry.

Usage Suggestions:

Excellent cocktail base, for appetizer or digestive. It also goes well with scallops cooked with the endive cream.
