Preparation Method

  1. Cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add the butter. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add the duck mousse and the cognac and let them mix together.
  4. Add the cream and mix everything together. Season with salt if you think it necessary and add the chopped parsley.
  5. Serve hot with pepper.
