These tasting chocolates are proof of the know-how, rigour and seriousness of Comptoir du Cacao, a French artisan chocolate factory created in 2001, located in the Loiret – its products have regularly won awards in France and abroad.
This praline box is made up of:
Dômes: milk chocolate filled with pecan praliné (minimum 50%) with blond chocolate coating.
Puff Pastry Praline Wafers: Milk chocolate filled with puff pastry praliné (minimum 50%) with dark chocolate coating: hazelnut, red berries.
Cabosse: milk chocolate filled with praline (minimum 53%) with a dark or white chocolate coating: coffee, vanilla
Rond: Milk chocolate filled with salted butter caramel praline (minimum 58%) with milk chocolate icing.

Ingredients:

Chocolate with pure cocoa butter (dark: 70% cocoa (minimum), milk: 38% cocoa (minimum) & white chocolate with caramel). Sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, HAZELNUT, ALMOND, flour (WHEAT, OATS), BUTTER of d’Isigny AOP, fresh CREAM of d’Isigny AOP, dried fruit (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, redcurrant, strawberry), PISTACHIO, PECAN NUTS, HAZELNUT paste, WHEY powder (MILK), concentrated MILK, anhydrous MILK fat, MILK protein, caramelised sugar, MILK sugar, inverted sugar, WHEAT malt, BARLEY malt extract, WHEAT starch, sweetener (sorbitol), glucose syrup, honey, non-hydrogenated fat (coconut), salt, coating agent (gum arabic), humectant (glycerin), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier (SOYA & rapeseed lecithin), natural flavour (vanilla, amarena), colouring foodstuffs (blackcurrant, radish, apple). The cacao beans come from West Africa.
