deSIAM Peanut & Coconut Thai Satay Sauce, Peanut & Coconut is a blend of roasted peanuts and ground spices, infused with coconut cream and a hint of red curry paste. The perfect sauce for BBQ Thai Satay.

Ingredients:

Coconut milk (coconut extract, water) 25%, PEANUTS 11%, sugar, tamarind juice (tamarind, water), sunflower oil, massaman curry paste (SOYBEAN oil, lemongrass, chilli, shallot, spices), FISH sauce (ANCHOVY, salt), garlic, SESAME seeds, red curry paste (lemongrass, chilli, shallot, garlic, galangal, salt), coriander root, curry powder (MUSTARD, saffron, cumin) , sodium benzoate, acidity regulator (E300), thickener (E415).

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.

Preparation Suggestion:

Cut 150 g of chicken breast into thin strips.
In a bowl mix two cloves of garlic (crushed) with 1 teaspoon yellow cilantro paste, 60 ml coconut milk, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Marinate the chicken with this mixture for 30 minutes.
Stick the strips of chicken on bamboo skewers.
Bake in the oven or in a large skillet.
Serve with deSIAM Peanut & Coconut Thai Satay Sauce.
