Rice Noodles with Sautéed Pork

A quick and fruity pork noodle dish.

Preparation Method

  1. Boil water in a wok, add the pork belly, cook for 10 minutes, remove and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, fry the pork belly until crispy, remove and drain.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok, the onion and mushy peas and fry. Add the spring onions and sauté too. Remove everything and set aside.
  4. Add the garlic, ginger, and chilli to the remaining oil and fry. Add the pork belly and vegetables.
  5. Add the orange juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Add the noodles and fry briefly.
  7. Garnish the dish with orange zest, spring onions and sesame seeds and serve with kimchi cabbage.
