Enjoy delicious meal with authentic Thai Massaman Curry. deSIAM Massaman Curry Paste is a mild blend of red chillies, fragrant lemongrass and roasted aromatic spices that can bring out full flavour of Massaman Curry!

Ingredients:

SOYBEAN oil, powdered massaman (cardamom seeds, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds) 13.6%, shallot, garlic, lemongrass 6.4%, red chilli 6.3% ginger, salt, galangal, coriander roots, tamarind juice (tamarind, water) 1.8%, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), kaffir lime leaves, sugar, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.

Preparation Suggestion:

Massaman Curry Recipe: Fry 500g of sliced lamb and 2 potatoes to the quarters. Reserve. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan until very hot. Add the Massaman curry paste, 10g garlic, 15g shallots and 15g chopped ginger. Stir-fry until the flavour develops. Reduce the heat. Add 400ml of coconut milk, lamb and potatoes. Let it boil. Add 1 teaspoon of FISH sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 100ml of water. Let it boil until the meat is cooked. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks and bay leaves. Serve with rice.
