Launched in 2011, this range of Eau-de-Vie Massenez, Origine, offers exceptional smoothness in the mouth thanks to exceptional blends.
This bottle is inspired by the first bottle used by the Massenez distillery in 1870.
The Massenez range is distinguished by the sweetness of its brandies.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance
Clear colourless which may show yellowish-green reflections from its ageing with a characteristic sparkle of Fruit Eaux-de-Vie.
Flexible and fluid Eau-de-vie.
Nose
This intense aroma with its very characteristic almond note marks the quality of the selection of original fruit and the delicacy of the distillation.
Palate
In terms of aromas, classic gradation in Eaux de Vie of fruit structured in 3 major organoleptic notes:
– Almond note that is expressed as soon as it is taken in the mouth.
– Complex fruity note in which fresh cherry gives way to a more complex and powerful aromatic texture.
– Spicy note at the end that gives final structure to this organoleptic profile.
