Ingredients:

Goose foie gras, water, salt, sugar, pepper.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 0ºC and +4ºC and consume within 3 days. Best served chilled.

Preparation Suggestion:

Remove it from the fridge 15 minutes before cutting it with a thin knife blade heated with warm water.

Usage Suggestions:

Serve foie gras with grilled bread and a white wine or a glass of champagne
